The tower repaints are about logistics as much as paint: we work occupied units clean and fast, with strata insurance, elevator bookings and evening scheduling handled up front. The other Richmond, meaning Steveston's older homes and the large houses of Terra Nova, Broadmoor and Riverdale, is about prep: plaster and drywall repair, bonding primers over aged surfaces, crisp enamel on trim, and dustless popcorn-ceiling removal on the 1970s–80s stock.
