What's included

Every interior project follows our five-step precision process: full protection of floors and furniture, surface repair and Level 5 skim preparation, dust-free sanding with Festool HEPA extraction, precision painting of walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, fireplace mantels and crown molding, and a final founder's walkthrough against a written checklist. No loose drop cloths. We protect floors properly: builder's paper, Ram Board and adhesive carpet film, taped, sealed and swept daily.

Rooms we paint

Living rooms and bedrooms; kitchens (durable, scrubbable finishes); bathrooms: moisture-resistant systems that resist peeling above showers, $400–$800 per bathroom; ceilings: flat, streak-free finishes from $1/sq ft; hallways, stairwells and entries; whole condos, townhomes and houses.

Why Vancouver homes need proper prep

Most Lower Mainland condos built 1990–2010 have builder-grade orange-peel walls and hairline settling cracks. Painting over them without skim repair just highlights the flaws. We repair first, then paint. That's the difference between a $300 paint-over and a finish that looks like the wall was replaced.
